Dance Concert Volunteer Info
Thank you for considering volunteering to make the 2020-21 Dance Concert an AWESOME weekend!
SEATING INFO FOR VOLUNTEERS
Please note that Volunteers who are helping out during a show will sit in a designated area in the auditorium when it is time for the class to perform, so you will not need to save one of your allotted seats for yourself. (This may free up a much-needed seat for a family member or friend too!) You will not miss out on seeing your dancer perform!
We are excited to offer additional seats for all of our Dance Concert Class Volunteers and Check-In Crew members!
As it stands now, we are able to offer each family two seats per student performing per show.
All volunteers would receive two additional seats per time volunteering.
(Please note that if we are able to offer 4 seats per student performing per show, volunteers will then receive 4 additional seats per time volunteering. We will let you know by next week what the number will be.)
VOLUNTEER INFO MEETING
The Class Volunteer Meeting was Saturday 5/15/21 from 12:30-1:30 via Zoom!
We went over the details that are in the agenda on this webpage and took questions so that you will feel comfortable going into the Dance Concert performances!
